Honestly speaking, I am not earning much in my morning part-time job. It's kinda frustrating thinking about it. It felt like I am striving to get nothing. I've come to the conclusion that I should try applying for another job, but this time a full time job in the morning. I'll keep my part-time job at night. I may be greedy over money but I just want to save for myself. Let's face it, I'm turning 22 and at this time I still don't have a bank account. This is sick! Saving is something I should for myself and for the future, my future.
So back to the job.. I'm still contemplating whether or not to find another job. For the past few days, I am already searching for a job but no luck for me. As for now I'll give it a month to think it over. Well I hope things would turn out the way that I wanted it.

CONCLUSION: FOR ESL TEACHERS
A year had already passed since I started teaching in an Online English School. I am a teacher by profession. I majored in Business Technology and not English. I want to be an English teacher even before. Unfortunately the University I went to doesn't offer English major in education courses. So I got stuck with the course until I finished it. To my mind, I just wanted it to be over and take a post baccalaureate in English after that. That's just a plan, but it's going to happen anytime soon.
After graduation, I applied through the internet, and after a few days I got the job as an Online English Teacher/Tutor in a Korean company. I really liked the job since teaching is my passion and a plus would be teaching English. Another plus would be the pay. If you are a newly graduate most of the time you'll get the low paying job but in this case you get a lot more than you expected. Right now I am working for two companies but as a part-timer. Both for Koreans and Japanese students. So here are some things you need to keep in mind with regards to this kind of job.
1. Be Punctual.
-Since you are dealing with foreign bosses always keep in mind that you can't and you shouldn't be late or absent. Japanese & Koreans are very particular with the time, they would always think time is important since it's part of their culture. So let go of the so called "Filipino Time".
2. Always smile.
-Show your pretty face always with a smile. It'll give you positive vibes all throughout the day. Remember that smile is contagious. A smile cost nothing, but it gives much to those who receives it. In that manner, it will be your students, your boss, and your co-workers.
3. Read.
-Take time to read the books or the articles for your lesson of the day. Well some teachers even my self gets surprised o how to teach a specific lesson if you weren't somehow able to read it. Be ahead of your students, although there are times students doesn't even scan or take a look at their books or articles.
4. Take note of the time.
-There maybe times you will enjoy your class but take note of the time. You don't want to be late on your next class if you have a consecutive class. Most of the time you'll have 3-5 consecutive classes.
5. Put a little makeup on.
-Don't be scared to try a little make up on. A dab of lipstick or gloss won't hurt. If you are in a video class, you don't want to look pale in the camera. Also putting blush will make your face look lively and youthful.
6. Make your life easier, write notations.
-This is very important since you need to make comments after the class. If you have consecutive classes, the problem if you don't write any notations chances is you will forget what happen in your class. You don't want to be playing back again the video class you had. Bad luck if the company doesn't record a video of the class.
7. Use different teaching styles.
-Every student is a different personality, age, level, and attitude. Most of the time you'll deal with different kinds of students, so don't use the same teaching style over and over again. Vary the method you use specially for kids, make it fun and lighten up your mood even if they are not in mood to study. You can try different games or activities in class. For teenagers try to be a little bit friendly and understanding since they are so tired from school, academy, or cram school.
8. Be patient.
-Some students take time to answer. I suggest you wait for their answers or if you can't just give them options so that they may be able to answer the question.
9. Focus
- When you are having a class try to avoid surfing unnecessary website like facebook, twitter, pinterest and other social networking sites. Don't chit-chat with your friends. Also don't use your phone in class.
10. Enjoy the class.
-Don't stress yourself, have fun in class. Always remember you are there to teach so make it enjoyable. Make your class a fun so that the students would be looking forward to have a class with you again.

PASSION: MAKEUP ROUTINE
Putting makeup on is part of my routine specially when I'm working. Well I guess I need that since I am an online English teacher for a video account. As much as possible, I want to look my best when I am facing my students.

and Powder. With my brush I take the Gel first then the Powder then I apply it to my brows. It stays on all day.

Foundation would be the next ting may it be liquid or powder.
I usually use Maybelline Clear Smooth Aqua Gel Foundation.
It blends easily and does not have the cake-ish feel to it.
The shade is a tad lighter than my skin color when applied but
it oxidizes after few hours so the color matches my skin.
If I am being lazy or in a hurry, I just put on powder on my face. I also use Maybelline Clear Smooth Al in One Shine-Free Foundation. Same as the liquid, my face looks flawless. However, this product in particular always breaks even if it does not fall down or something.
After foundation, I fill in my brows using Elf's Brow Gel

I curl my lashes, then apply two(2) coats of mascara. The mascara I usually use is Maybelline's Hypercurl Volume Express (waterproof). What i like about this product is that it makes my lashes voluminous.
Now on my cheeks I always use the Elf Contouring Blush & Bronzer Duo. It's really pigmented. However, what I don't like about , the bronzer has shimmers in it. I prefer a matte bronzer. But the blush has a pretty color. Matches morena skin. They say this is the dupe for Nars Orgasm blush & Laguna contouring duo.
For my lips I always use Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in rendezvous and smitten. The lasting power is awesome, it stays on for hours. I reapply only once. The lips feel hydrated as well. Not the usual stain lippies that dry your lips.

PASSION: INSPIRING BLOGGERS/GURUS
I have been always a fan of watching YouTube videos as well as reading blogs by different beauty bloggers and gurus. From watching and reading I became knowledgeable with the use of makeup. It's was an amazing feeling or should I say achievement to finally apply the techniques I learned from these people. Well I can say they already have a wide range of people looking up to them A.K.A. fans/viewers. I am also one of them.
Here are the beauty gurus that I really liked way back 2008.
julieg713 - was the first guru I watched doing a video. While I was watching her video, I was like WOW she's really good at this thing. Julie mentioned Judy of itsjudytime on her vlog then I checked her out.
I got hooked with her beauty channel maybe because she's a Filipino Judy also has a daily vlog with her wonderful family (Benji & Julianna), I watched it every single day. It's like a reality show called itsjudyslife. As I am watching it, I'm thinking I wish my family in the future maybe the same as what they have.
Here are the beauty gurus that I really liked way back 2008.

Next on the list would be Kandee Johnson she has a blog and another blog and You Tube channel. I think she's fantastic like a supermom. She talks fast which is sort of funny for me.
| Kandee & Ellie |
And there's this chameleon beauty guru who can make your jaw drop because of different looks and transformation she makes. She's really Awesome! Maybe you've seen her in 9gag.com's memes. Promise Phan the woman transformer.

| Promise Phan |
A beauty guru and a business woman is the next one on the list is Michelle Phan the sister-in-law of Promise. She can give good advises on make up, love, routine , and a lot more.
Let's move on to the Filipino bloggers that I really like. They're just two (2).
First one is my ultimate favorite is Miss Liz Lanuzo of Project Vanity. When I was in college I used to check her blog all the time. She's good in reviews on different products. I also like her advises on make up. I think she's really classy and knowledgeable as well. I sometimes envy her because she's good on words.
The last on on my list would be Say Tioco Artillero. She is also a beauty guru and a blogger. She's gives cheap and good makeup finds for her Filipino viewers. She's really young and of the same age as I am. I am inspired by her success in the business.
